Beautiful Day Photography recently captured this lovely wedding up on Sunset Blvd. The space is needless to say, pretty special, but even more special is the way the couple incorporated the child into their event. Making your kids feel like they are joining in the union with you is so important and people often ask us how they can honor them. Well...here's one great way.

Vera Wang not only debuted her fabulous fashions last month in NYC, but she shared with us her brilliant new blinged-out jewelery collection. Not sure how many will walk down the aisle but all could be worn out for a night on the town, at your rehearsal or on your city honeymoon. Love each and every piece!

Paperwink is our newest discovery in all things fabulously green, wedding, and if you haven't guessed by now...we love packaging and design and these gals nailed it!
The dynamic duo, Tara and Darcey, started this company after they met while designing for the fab brand, Knock Knock. And now they are bringing their design expertise to the world of weddings.
First up on our favs list is this Besheret letterpress design. The suite conveys the notion of fate - Besheret, that brought the couple together and the fate that would bring their loved ones together on their wedding day. The hand-drawn bulb on the activities card is a map that lets guests know about the different activities to do in town, as well as offers guests insight into the couple's relationship.
Once at the wedding, guests were even given favor boxes with matching bulbs in them. Can you say genius?!?!?!

Kaitlin Olson and Rob McElhenney met on the set of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and recently wed at a very sunny ceremony at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu.
With the help of the amazingly talented Lisa G from Details Event Planning, their decor was to die for! And the photos from the fab Red Loft Studios are equally as beautiful. The yummy, yummy cake was created by the fabulous Fantasy Frostings. Well done and congrats to the newlyweds!

We love to see a happy couple say "I Do" after a visit to The Bridal Bar. This fabulous wedding took place just north of Santa Barbara, outdoors on a vineyard. Captured by the talented Kristen Beinke Photography, she shared with us some of the special details from the day.
Danielle wrote the to-die-for song, "Unwritten" for Natasha Bedingfield so it was only fitting that the couple be serenaded by the singer at their wedding. But that wasn't even the best part; take a look at the tiny details right down to little nests and eggs under a glass bell in the floral treatments. This wedding is the definition of outdoor, understated elegance. Just beautiful!

So it's rare that you will see me (the author) on this site...but I couldn't resist sharing this post from the fabulous Darcy Miller (weddings editor of Martha Stewart Weddings). Not only does she juggle her family, her tv and radio appearances, and the magazine, but she writes the blog staple, The Bride's Guide. I had the enormous pleasure of spending some time with her while in NYC with the gang from Get Married. And over the weekend, Darcy blogged about our visit! We caught up at the tabletop market where the magazine displayed a live demo of their newest cover (and Martha herself even came by to take a look). Vera is obviously one of, if not the queen of bridal, but this season her fairy princess inspired gowns are beyond worthy of royalty. This was one of my favorite collections of the week...you could hear gasps of amazement in the crowd! True fantasy, regal, feminine beauty.
